of our olive trees were selected, cut and uprooted with
the greates care so as to preserve all their qualities.

| Land and
irrigation: |
| Important is the
choice of the land in witch to implant the olive tree. It is
important to avoid land where they occur frequently stagnant
water, and then make sure that the soil has good drainage. |

Preparing the ground: |
| Make a deep processing
of the soil to avoid compactions that would allw radical
possibility to develop without constraints. |

Exposure:
|

Prefer
exposure to the south, porotected on the north side by the
incursions of cold air masses. |

Pruning: |
|
The olive pruning should be done the
summer after the spring growth.

Fertilizing: |
|
Fertilization
should be carrier out only during the growing season. (March
to June and from middle August to middle October). |

defense: |

The diseases which can tap in to the
olive tree are: Afidi, Cocciniglia, red spider and
Fummaggine.
An effective defense would be made to preventive treatments
every season, with anticocciniglia, insecticide, acaricide
and anticrittogamico |
